Pitch Development Update

A lot of voluntary work has been carried out over the past number of months to keep down the costs of the development. Thank you to all those who gave their time, equipment and machinery to create a sideline surface where the leylandi hedge was removed earlier in the year also with voluntary labour.

The retaining wall behind the fence too was provided by club members free of charge.

The Pitch Development Committee and the Club Executive wish to sincerely thank all those who put in such a huge effort.

Work continues apace and we will keep you updated. The Pitch Development Committee meet most Fridays at 7.30pm at Shandonagh for a walk around. Anyone wishing to join them for an update are welcome. Please contact Deirdre (0864084116) to arrange as we have to control numbers in line with covid regulations.
